The Club is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Specifically, the Club’s purpose is to foster,promote, and operate amateur youth and high school wrestling programs for boys and girls in the community; providing high-quality athletic instruction, fostering character development, encouraging healthy competition, and expanding access to regional and national athletic opportunities.
